HKP Tours Forterra CLT Modular Prototype

Forterra re­cently in­vited in­dus­try part­ners to view a pro­to­type of their new CLT mod­u­lar unit at the Port of Everett.  The 2-Bed­room af­ford­able hous­ing unit is made of 3 mod­u­lar sec­tions and is de­signed to be part of a larger apart­ment com­plex.

The unit de­sign is fan­tas­tic and at the tar­get mar­ket price of $45,000 per mod­ule, it will be a wel­comed op­tion for lo­cally made, sus­tain­able, healthy, and af­ford­able con­struc­tion de­liv­ery method.
