HKP’s Rochelle Hill Represents Diversity at High Speed!
When it comes to going fast on the water, HKP project manager Rochelle Hill is a tough competitor. She recently competed in the HAPO Columbia Cup hydroplane races held in Tri Cities, WA where she drove her E350 hydro to a 3rd place finish!

Rochelle is a second generation hydroplane driver who has been racing her APBA E350 class E46 Miss Galaxy hydroplane for the last 12 years at race sites across WA. For Rochelle, hydroplane racing is a family event with her partner of 17 years as the radio spotter and family members who serve as crew and support, Rochelle’s brother also races a hydroplane and they have competed against each other. Rochelle’s racing achievements include the 2015 APBA Region 10 season high points champion she has also won several races including a 2015 & 2018 win and 2022 2nd place at her home race in Oak Harbor, WA.
